Welcome to TelKnight. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (www.telknight.com) and our services, including business phone solutions, texting services, remote support, and hardware sales. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Definitions
- “Company” refers to TelKnight, operated by Central Florida Phones & Internet, LLC.
- “Services” refer to all communications services, including SMS/MMS messaging, VoIP, and related support provided by TelKnight.
- “User” or “You” refers to any customer, visitor, or entity using our services.
Compliance with 10DLC Regulations
- TelKnight complies with 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) regulations for business text messaging in the U.S.
- Customers must register their business and campaigns before sending SMS/MMS messages to comply with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and carrier regulations.
- Prohibited Content: You may not use our services for:
- Unsolicited messages (SPAM)
- Fraudulent or deceptive content
- Illegal substances, hate speech, or adult content
- Phishing, malware, or any attempt to compromise security
- Any fees, fines, penalties, or additional costs incurred due to non-compliance with 10DLC registration, improper use of messaging services, or violations of carrier regulations shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. TelKnight is not liable for these costs and reserves the right to charge the customer for any related fees imposed by third parties, including but not limited to carriers, regulators, or compliance organizations.
Account Registration & Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate business details for compliance.
- You are responsible for securing login credentials and any activity under your account.
- You agree to use the services lawfully and adhere to all applicable regulations.
Service Fees & Payment
- Fees for services are outlined in your agreement and may vary based on usage.
- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
- All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- Any fines, penalties, or additional fees imposed by carriers or regulatory bodies due to the customer’s non-compliance will be billed directly to the customer and must be paid in full.
Limitation of Liability
- TelKnight is not liable for any message failures, third-party carrier issues, or financial losses resulting from service interruptions.
- We do not guarantee message delivery as it depends on recipient carriers and compliance regulations.
Termination & Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if a user violates 10DLC policies, fails to make payments, or engages in prohibited activities.
- Termination for violations does not entitle users to refunds.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to These Terms
TelKnight may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
